Melissa was really great to work with. We first did my hearing test and was surprised at how bad my hearing has declined. We then talked about the different options in selecting a hearing aid. After ordering the hearing aid best for my condition, Melissa then proceeded to program the hearing aid to my comfort. She also showed me how to care for my hearing aids. I would definitely recommend Melissa to anyone looking for hearing aids. She was awesome.
