A different kind of hearing visit

Care that comes to you

For most people, getting to an appointment is the hard part. Traffic, parking, waiting rooms, and a quick visit that leaves you with more questions than answers. That is not how we work. We come to you with a full clinical setup and we stay until every question is answered. Your home, your schedule, your pace.

1

Call or text

Reach us at (623) 255-8098. We'll ask a few quick questions about what you're experiencing, and we'll settle on a day and time that works for you.

2

We come to you

We arrive at your home or care community with a full set of clinical equipment. Everything you'd find at a traditional office is with us, ready to go.

3

Ongoing care

Hearing care does not end at the fitting. We schedule regular visits for cleanings, adjustments, and check-ins so your hearing stays right over time.

What better hearing feels like

More music. More laughter. More life.

Hearing loss has a way of sneaking up on you. Conversations start to blur. The TV gets louder. You find yourself nodding along even when you missed half of what was said. Over time it can pull you back from the dinners, the phone calls, the grandkids. We've seen what better hearing does for people, and it is something worth working toward.

What we do

That is why we come to you. Bringing care to your home or community means you are comfortable, there is no rushing, and you have our full attention. We sit with you, explain everything clearly, and take as long as it takes. Our goal is for every person we work with to leave feeling heard, supported, and confident about their hearing health.

CarePoint Hearing exists because we believe life sounds better when someone takes the time to truly listen. That is what we bring to every visit.

Good questions

Frequently asked questions

Have a question that is not here? Just call or text (623) 255-8098. We are always happy to talk it through.

Do you have an office I can visit?
CarePoint Hearing is primarily a mobile practice, so we bring care to your home, your assisted living or care community, or you are welcome to visit our Goodyear location. Whatever is easiest for you.
What are your hours?
Our hours are very flexible. We schedule appointments seven days a week, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, to fit your routine. Just call or text (623) 255-8098 and we will find a time that works for you.
How do I know if I need hearing aids?
Common signs include conversations sounding unclear in groups, turning the TV up louder than others like, asking people to repeat themselves, or feeling worn out from the effort of listening. A comprehensive hearing exam is the best way to know for sure.
How much do hearing aids cost?
Most patients can expect a range of $2,000 to $6,000 for a pair, depending on technology level, features, manufacturer, current promotions, and any insurance discounts. We walk you through every option before you decide anything.
Does Medicare cover hearing aids?
Traditional Medicare does not cover hearing aids. However, many Medicare Advantage (Part C) plans include hearing benefits through a third-party administrator. We are happy to help you look into what your specific plan covers before your visit.
What is your return policy?
All hearing aids purchased through CarePoint Hearing include a 45-day trial period. If you are not fully satisfied for any reason during that time, you may return your devices for a 100% money-back guarantee. Custom ear pieces follow manufacturer guidelines.
What is included in the price of hearing aids?
Your price includes professional fitting, custom programming, and ongoing follow-up care, plus cleanings, adjustments, support, and the manufacturer warranty.
How long does a hearing test take?
A full hearing evaluation typically takes about 30 to 45 minutes, including time to talk through your concerns, complete the tests, and explain your results clearly.
What happens during a hearing aid fitting?
A fitting usually takes 60 to 90 minutes. We program and fine-tune your devices so they feel comfortable and sound natural, and we practice using them together so you leave feeling confident.
Do you offer follow-up care and adjustments?
Yes. Ongoing follow-up care is a core part of your experience, with cleanings, adjustments, and checks every 3 to 4 months. We are happy to service devices you purchased elsewhere too.
What payment options do you offer?
We work with each patient individually to find an approach that fits their situation. Give us a call and we are happy to walk you through what is available.
Can hearing aids connect to my phone?
Yes. Most modern hearing aids can connect directly to your smartphone, so you can stream phone calls, music, and other audio straight to your ears.
Do hearing aids help with tinnitus?
Yes. Many hearing aids can help reduce the perception of tinnitus, and many models include built-in tinnitus relief features.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Bring your insurance card, your current hearing aids if you have them, a list of medications, and any questions or notes about changes in your hearing. You are welcome to have a family member or friend join you to help with decisions.
